The Future Looks Good at the Linking London Annual Conference

On Friday 21st May, Linking London held its fourth annual conference. The conference celebrated some of the successes of the previous year and offered partners the opportunity to plan how they can continue to work together in the coming twelve months. The conference, which was on the theme of "Partnership, Success and the Future", took place in the Brunei Gallery at the School of Oriental and African Studies and was attended by about 100 delegates.

Widening the APEL Net, Facilitating the Progression of 21st Century Learners

 On the 28th of April 16 delegates from a range of organisations, including partner FECs, HEIs, LLNs and Awarding Bodies attended an APEL event held by Linking London: ‘Widening the APEL net: facilitating the progression of 21st century learners’.

Access to HE Diploma and BTEC National Diploma: Qualifications Update
24th March 2010

In the last few months, a new common grading system has been introduced on all Access to HE courses.  In October 2010 the BTEC National will be accredited onto the QCF. To update partners on these changes and to discuss their impact on progression, Linking London held a seminar called Access to HE Diploma BTEC National Diploma.
