Progression Agreements

These agreements are at the heart of our work. They are the result of a negotiated partnership between two or more of Linking London's partner colleges and universities.

Development Projects

A Development Fund of £600,000 has been used since the beginning of Linking London to support network members in carrying out development projects that relate to the key objectives of the network.

Additional Student Numbers (ASNs)

Linking London has been able to use ASN funding (2007-2010) for the development of provision that fulfilled Linking London’s criteria to support vocational progression. With this approach we wanted to ensure that institutions expanded within their area of expertise, while focussing their efforts towards the development of innovative programmes, that enhanced the progression of vocational learners and reflected the needs of Linking London’s geographical area. In particular, ASNs were used to support courses that involved employees and part-time delivery such as Foundation Degrees.
