London Metropolitan University

London Metropolitan University is one of Britain's largest universities, offering a wide range of courses and an exciting and challenging educational experience. 16 of its subjects were recently rated as "excellent" by the QAA (who review all UK universities) including Business and Management, which received 24 out of 24.

The University is located in the heart of London on two campuses. The central location attracts many well-respected visiting academics and professionals who contribute to the University's research culture by delivering seminars and lectures and assisting with new course development.

London Met was recently ranked as London's number one choice for International students (and second choice overall in the UK). It welcomes thousands of students from over 150 countries, who between them speak over 140 languages, and are proud to be a multicultural institution.

Work has recently finished on a new £30million Science Centre, housing a Super lab, specialist laboratories and sports science facilities. London Met has a purpose-designed law building with mock courtroom, five libraries and modern learning centres with IT studios that contain over 2,600 computers. There is also an extensive language centre and a number of media centres with photographic studios, darkrooms, a large TV studio, a state of the art sound studio, edit suites, drama studios and video-conferencing.

London Met offers a wide range of support services for students including careers advice, counselling, work placements, English language testing and the Independent Learning Unit; a technical resource base and quiet study area for disabled and dyslexic students.    ««visit site»»
